The check-in time is from 15:00 till 01:00. Please make sure you check-in between these times. If you can’t make it between these times, please contact us.

The check-out time is before 10:30 in the morning. Checking out to late might  result in losing your deposit. 

Subject to the availability it could be possible. 

The is shared luggage room available for guests to store luggage before check-in time. However, it’s not recommended to store valuables there.

Yes, but it’s subject to availability, so FULL = FULL. The fee is €5 per bag/item.
Keep in mind that it is a shared luggage room. We recommend to NOT put any valuables in there (like money, passport or a laptop).
The hostel is not responsible for the loss or damage of your belongings

No, unfortunately there are only PAID parking spots in the street. And there are 4 parking options.

  1. On the street of the hostel is the most expensive option. Parking on the streets of Amsterdam Centre is €7,50 per hour. 
    *Parking in the night is FREE from 00:00 till 09:00. 
  2. The second option is in the parking garage in front of our hostel, called “Q-Park Nieuwendijk”. The price for a day is €55, when you buy a ticket online it is €45. 
  3. The “cheapest” Parking Garage in Amsterdam Centre is at “Parking Centrum Oosterdok”. The price is €37,50 per day and it’s a 20-minutes walking distance from Xplore Hostel.
  4. The most budget-friendly option is also the least practical. That is at “P+R Amsterdam Sloterdijk”, which will be a 20 minutes ride. To park at that place costs €8 for the first day (IF you park at peak hours) and otherwise it’s €1 per day. From there you can take the train from Amsterdam Sloterdijk to Amsterdam Central Station. From there you walk 8 minutes to the hostel.

Unfortunately, the Xplore Hostel doesn’t accept pets in the building due to hygiene and possible allergies from other guests.

Xplore Hostel Amsterdam has a cancellation policy of 3 days. This means the booking has to be cancelled 72–hours before arrival date. 

The cancellation fee is the cost of the 1st night of the booking.

*Cancellation by phone is NOT possible.
