The check-in time is from 15:00 till 01:00. Please make sure you check-in between these times. If you can’t make it between these times, please contact us.
The check-out time is before 10:30 in the morning. Checking out to late might result in losing your deposit.

The is shared luggage room available for guests to store luggage before check-in time. However, it’s not recommended to store valuables there.
Yes, but it’s subject to availability, so FULL = FULL. The fee is €5 per bag/item.
Keep in mind that it is a shared luggage room. We recommend to NOT put any valuables in there (like money, passport or a laptop).
The hostel is not responsible for the loss or damage of your belongings
No, unfortunately there are only PAID parking spots in the street. And there are 4 parking options.

Unfortunately, the Xplore Hostel doesn’t accept pets in the building due to hygiene and possible allergies from other guests.
Xplore Hostel Amsterdam has a cancellation policy of 3 days. This means the booking has to be cancelled 72–hours before arrival date.
The cancellation fee is the cost of the 1st night of the booking.
*Cancellation by phone is NOT possible.
